He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Francis Jakubik, Sr. and Betty Dorothy Vaeth; his brother John Hedge; and his parents-in-law, James R. Henry and Mary Margaret Henry.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Jakubik; his children, Steven Jakubik and Julie Sullivan; his siblings, Edward F. Jakubik, Jr. and Lydia Hedge Bell; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Walters, Paul Henry and Anne Henry. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
