He was predeceased by: his sister Mildred Richard (late George); and his brother-in-law Charles Strohecker (late Doris). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn J. Bitzel; his children, Raymond Bitzel, Jr. (Denise) and Susan Oursler (Mark); his grandchildren, Alyssa Cleary (Patrick), Aimee Bitzel, Stephen Oursler (Racquelle), Katherine Oursler and Benjamin Oursler; and his great grandchild Aida Cleary. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
