With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip George Kelmer (Nottingham, Maryland), who passed away on November 16, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jospeh Kelmer and Camilla Mastrocola. He is survived by: his sons, Scott and Stephen Kelmer (Krystal Lewis); the mother of his children Frances Thomas (Richard); his grandchildren, Alyssa and Justin Kelmer; his great grandchild Claire Julian; his sister Gloria Carfine (Vernon); his niece Pamela English; his nephews, Vernon and Michael Carfine; his sister Linda Donnelly (Edward); his niece Dawn; his children, Bridget Allison and James Williams; and his daughter-in-law Susan Kelmer (Linda Evers).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. (7401 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236).
