He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Anne Jolly; and his siblings, Buell W. Jolly, Jr. and Jacquelin Bazzy. He is survived by: his children, Mark Ronald Jolly (Carlye), Michael "Mickey" Rex Jolly, Jr. (Brenda), Shannon Beth Sweaney (Christopher "Chris") and Lauren Joy Neff (Rob); his grandchildren, Tayler Marie Jolly, Christopher Michael Jones (Kristen Nguyen), Noelle Renee Neff, Garrett Michael Jolly, Alexander "Alex" Nicholas Sweaney, Ethan Michael Sweaney, Madison Marie Neff and Jake David Neff; his great grandchild Aurora Linh Ha Jones; his granddaughter Makayla Ashley Belcastro; his sister Patricia Gleason; and his former wife Judith Ann Jolly. He is also survived by family to his nieces and nephews.
