She was predeceased by: her husbands, F. Allen Herman and Christopher J. Petroff; her close friend Dan Rufo; her daughter K. Lynne Adams (James McAllen); and her siblings, Avalon Bloss and Joan Otradovec.
She is survived by: her son Allen L. Herman (Lois); her grandsons, Andrew Herman, Jeremy Rosendale and Alex Herman; her great grandchildren, Aiden Herman and Dominic Herman; and her brother Maynard "Ozzie" Osborne.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Madalyn may be made to the Oak Crest Scholar's Fund which provides assistance with college expenses to student employees.
