It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Thomas Kares (Nottingham, Maryland), who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Theodora "Teddy" Frances Kares; his children, Kim Shramko (Steven) and Francis Kares (Mildred); and his grandchildren, Matthew and Natalie Shramko.
