He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Darlene Hicks; his siblings, Donald Hicks (Anne), Douglas Hicks (Bonnie), Sally Mills and Sandi Pipkin (Joseph); his pet Laverne; his parents, Donald Hicks and Norma Hicks; his parents-in-law, John E. Bopp, Sr. and Virginia S. Bopp; and his sister-in-law Jo-Ann Gover. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. (7401 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236).
