He is survived by: his mother Liliana Broccolino (Paolini); his wife Sharon DiBattista (Higgins); his children, Sara Woods (Michael Zamberlan), Dara Fillmore (John Fillmore Sr.), Rosemarie DiBattista (John Noah) and Dario Steven DiBattista, Jr.; his siblings, Cindy DiBattista Chesko (Chris Chesko) and Frank DiBattista; and his grandchildren, Alessandra Woods, Samantha Fillmore, John Fillmore Jr. and Evan Fillmore.
