He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Naff, Sr. and Zita Naff; and his aunts and uncles, Thomas Worthington and Charles Worthington. He is survived by: his sister Zita Naff-Cole (Charlie); his aunt Ellen Winterstein; and his cousins, Dennis Winterstein, Wayne Winterstein (Liz), JoAnn Buontempo (Armando), Nicole Winterstein, Renee Winterstein, Michael Faye, Carrie Faye Wick, Michael Winterstein, Scott Winterstein, Gennaro "Gerry" Buontempo, Daniel Buontempo and Renee Zita Buontempo.
