She is survived by: her brother Edward Allen Eubert (Lisa); her aunt Margaret Savina Eubert; her cousins, Nancy Lynn Eubert, Beverly Ann Smith, Margie Carol Eubert, GaryWessels, Jay Wessels, Manette Reckson and William David Eubert; her friends, Traci Santoro, Mary Wujek and Damon Davies; and her caregiver Lennean McFadden-Kulacki.
