He is survived by: his spouse Shannon D. Chojnacki; his children, Mason, Merrick and Madelyn Chojnacki; his mother Karen Chojnacki; and his parents-in-law, Joseph and Robin Messina. He is also survived by his loving aunts, a host of loving cousins, and dearly cherished friends.
