She was predeceased by: her spouse Edwin Lacanienta. She is survived by: her children, Nerriza Brooks (John), Cyd Lacanienta (Doug Munro) and Erwin Lacanienta; her grandchildren, Patricia Munro and Matthew Munro; and her sister Angelita Tacmo Mechilina (Renato). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
