He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Sr. Makowiecki and Stella Makowiecki; and his siblings, Jerome Jr., Thomas Makowiecki, Constance Stelmack, Mary Jane Devlin and Lorraine Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his sons, Andrew Makowiecki, Jr. (Kelly) of Upperco, MD and David Makowiecki (Barbara) of Abingdon, MD; and his grandchildren, Peyton, Tyler and Katelyn Makowiecki. He is also survived by many relatives and dear friends.
If desired, contributions may be made to the Archbishop Curley High School Instrumental Music Program through a gift to the Memorial Fund in his memory.
