She was predeceased by: her father Alvin "Bud" Ekstrand; and her cousins, Gary Saunders and Diana Ziemer. She is survived by: her mother Edanelle "Eddie" Ekstrand (Saunders) of Fairmont, MN; her husband Richard H Lee of North Potomac, MD; her pets, Chance, Marvin and Ruby; her daughter Maggie Sanders of Mankato, MN; her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Shayla of North Potomac, MD, Ethan and Jayden of Washington, DC; and her sister Elizabeth "Liz" Boettcher (Dennis) of Blue Earth, MN. She is also survived by nephews, aunts, cousins, and her many, many beloved friends.
