He was predeceased by: his siblings, Alton Bell, Lucille, Lilieth and Mullings. He is survived by: his son Herbert Reid Bell; his wife Delores Anita Bell of North Potomac, MD; his children, Gary E. Bell, Frederick, MD, Gregory E. Bell, Sr. of North Potomac, MD, Terry A. Bell, Sr., Germantown, MD, Jeffrey A. Bell, Gaithersburg, MD and Karl; and his siblings, Clarice, Bennett, Ivan, Ontario, Cynthia, McKenzie, Montego Bay, Jamaica, Herbert, Hempstead, Margaret, Cassis and Jennifer Jolly. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
A small private family graveside service is scheduled in compliance with current COVID-19 safety guidelines.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Alzheimer's Association.
