It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James F. Van Prooyen of North Potomac, Maryland, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Prooyen and Marian Van Prooyen; his sister Mary; his children, Justin (Gillian), Adam (Erica) and Anna (Brittany); and his grandchildren, Sofia, Riley, James and Ava.
