He is survived by: his wife Anne Thanh Vinh; his children, Ann (Mark), Michael, Teresa (Kaiser), Peter (Anne) and Mary (Mitch); and his grandchildren, Michael, Christopher, Matthew, Catherine, Laura, Jonathan, Beatrice, Andrew, Gregory, Ian and Benjamin. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Homes, Inc. - Rockville (300 W Montgomery Ave, Rockville, MD 20850). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
