He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Crowe and Elise Crowe (Ferioli) of Springfield, MA.; and his sister Barbara A Willis. He is survived by: his uncle Jimmy; his significant other Shirley Daniels of North Potomac; his nieces, Lisa and Sherry Willis (Ty Mezzetti); his great-niece Makenna Elise Mezzetti; and his brother-in-law Joseph C Willis.
In these unprecedented times with the Covid pandemic, a life celebration will be held later this summer in tribute to Jim in MD.
