He is survived by: his brother David Osbun of Tampa, FL; his nieces and nephews, Alexander Osbun, Mark Osbun, Phyllis McCrory, Pamela Valentine and Paula Osbun; his brother-in-law Larry Pigman of Pine Top, KY; his niece Kelly Stephens; his nephew Marcus Pigman; and his close friend Ken Blomquist of North East, MD..
