He is survived by: his wife Constance M. Bentley; his children, Martina Lewis, Brandon Lewis and Steven Link; his siblings, Johnny Lewis and Gale Bentley; his grandchildren, Savannah, Cameron Lewis, Selina Bentley, Dominic, Lacey and Zack Link; his niece Penny Tefke; and his pets, Rebel and Shelby.
