Williams, Jr. of Glen Burnie, MD; his stepgrandchildren, Malik Allen of Elkton, MD, Malachi Lucas-Pratt of Elkton, MD, Drayden Lucas-Pratt of North East, MD, Zander Lucas-Pratt of North East, MD, Angelina Lucas-Pratt of Elkton, MD and Aubrey Lucas-Pratt of Elkton, MD; his aunt Rosa Brown of Aberdeen, MD; and his stepmother Dorothy Cevis Hall of Darlington, MD. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
