He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis L. Isaacs, Sr. and Sarah Virginia Isaacs (Manlove); his brother Otis L. Isaacs, Jr.; and his close friend Stephanie Reynolds. He is survived by: his sisters, Virginia "Ginny" D'Auito (Carl) of Newark, DE and Mary Jane Johnson (Mack) of North East, MD; his cousin Gary Manlove; his aunt Janet "Sis" Hammer of North East, MD; his sister-in-law Dollie Isaacs of North East, MD; his nieces and nephews, Bryan Johnson, Sarah Christine, Otis Isaacs, III, Jeff Isaacs, Robin McCann and Lisa Calvin; and his pet Hemi.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of John may be made to North East Fire Company, in care of the funeral home.
