He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Swartz. He is survived by: his mother Margaret "Peggy" Swartz (Last); his wife Cathy Swartz (Fuller); his brothers, Brock, Benjamin, Branan and Bartly Swartz; his stepgrandson Matthew Vincenti; his cousins, Jim, Greg, Rick and Chris Swartz; and his nephew James Swartz.
