He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Sr. Miller and Mary Haag Miller. He is survived by: his wife Marie Bodsford Miller; his children, Boyd Miller, Stephen Cebula Jr. (Caroline) of Elkton, MD, Keith Cebula (Melanie) of North East, MD, Jacqueline Balaguer (Richard Gumpert) of Bonita Springs, FL and Joseph Balaguer of North East, MD; and his sister Pam Lister of Raleigh, NC.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
The military honors will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Hicks Home For Funerals (103 Stockton St, Elkton, MD 21921).
