He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Lowe and Rosemary Harvey Lowe; his wife Nancy; his children, Deidre, Jonathan (Grace) and Christian; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Joshua, Max, Taylor, Harper, James and Darra.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Johns Hopkins Bay View Medical Center.
