He is survived by: his mother Joan Stakem; his wife Denise Minnick; his siblings, John Patrick (Suzie), Christopher (Marianne), Mary (Steve), Kathy (Troy), Tim (Cari) and Stephen; his mother-in-law Marjorie; and his siblings-in-law, Diane, Debra, Glenn, Mike and Barry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
