He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Claire (Pixton) and William Carlyle Webb; and his brother Harry "Buster" Webb. He is survived by: his wife Pamela A. "Pam" Webb; his children, John Piner (Leighann) of Lusby, Kenny Piner of Broomes Island, Ronnie Webb (Ashley) of Felton, DE and Amanda Lee Webb of Harper, KS; his siblings, George Webb of Pensacola, FL and Sharon Marcoux; his stepchildren, Angela Sterling (Jeronimo) of Huntingtown, Amanda Gries (Gary) of Chesapeake Beach and LJ Poole of Huntingtown; and his grandchildren, John, Jake, Ryan, Aiden, Aurora, Matt, Makayla, Taylor, Carter, Chase, Zach and Piper.
