He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Bergen; his former wife Rosalie Russell of North Beach; his children, Rhea Luckett (Rob) of North Beach and Richard N. Russell, Jr. (Elaine) of Lexington, NC.; his grandchildren, Anthony Mosher, Jr., Michelle Mosher, Matthew Mosher (Jessica), Richard N. Russell III, Gabriel Russell and Matthew Russell; and his great grandchildren, Allison, Whitney Mattera, Abigail and Madison Mosher.
