He is survived by: his sons, Richard Keith Lilly (Debbie) of Willard's, MD and Bartley Kevin Lilly (North Beach, MD); his stepchildren, Wendy Boardman (John) and Jerry Massie (Lety); his grandchildren, Richard Keith Jr. (Stefanie), Justin Allen Lilly (Brandy), Bartley Kevin Lilly Jr. and Nicholas Joseph Lilly (Ashley); and his siblings, Macks Lilly (Becky), Retta Phillips, Mary Marrs, John Lilly and Roger Lilly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
