She was predeceased by: her parents, Ardell E. Owens (Herder) and John N. Owens; her former husband Anthony "Tony" Hobbs; her husband Bernie; and her children, Alfred "Bucky" Keen Hobbs and Laura E. Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Alice M. Parks (Gregory) of North Beach, Lisa E. Sessoms (Ronald) of Bowie and Anthony N. "Tony" Hobbs (Mary) of Burtonsville; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Holly, Melanie, Eddie, Mason, Caden, Jeremiah, Tanner and Sione. She is also survived by numerous step-sisters, step-brothers and cousins, and by her best friend.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Norma's name may be made to North Beach Union Church or to the Help Association Thrift Store.
