She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank English and Elizabeth English (Costello); her grandchildren, James and Kayla; and her siblings, Frank English, Jr. and Terry Kircher.
She is survived by: her husband David A. Levelle of North Beach; her children, James Dugan, III, Elizabeth Foresyth and Patricia Oakes; her grandchildren, Diseree, Emma and Ariana; and her aunts, Betty Elkins, Joyce Walridge and Elaine.
