She is survived by: her children, Mary Freeman (Mark), Kathleen Giancoli (Danny), Patricia Constantino (Frank), John, Timothy (Theresa), Thomas (Tricia), Robert (Lisa), Steven and Daniel Hemmer (Renee); her daughter-in-law Michiko Hemmer (Donald Jr); her grandchildren, Denise Fines (Patrick), Donald Charles III (Martina), David Joseph (Carrie), Michael (Ellen), Michelle Hemmer, Steven (Jill), Christopher (Sarah), Robert, Kathleen Stamford (Blake), Daniel Freeman, Marcia, Thomas Stanley (Christy), Nicholas Giancoli (Samantha), Angela Mauser (Dan), Frank Jr. Constantino (Tiffany), Amanda Boteler (Kevin), Judy Gray (Chris), Lacy Luppino (Daniel), Timothy Hemmer (Shyanne), Holly Mona (Andrew), Megan Heying (Joey), Kerianne Hemmer, Kristin Schuster (Mike), Nicole Hemmer, Jason, Reid and Kaiden Hemmer; and her siblings, Paul Trainor Sr. and Anita Harrison. She is also survived by 44 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family and friends may make a memorial contribution to Hospice of the Chesapeake in Jeanne's name.
