He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Tyesha Hemsle, Vincent and Deontay Thomas; his siblings, James R Thomas, Jr. (Paulette), Francis Charles (Desaree), William, Melvin Thomas, Ann Hemsley, Margaret Wheeler Helen (James) and Alice Thomas (Glen); his grandchildren, Lakia Francis Buddy (Poobie) and Isis; his godchildren, Nicole, Aaliyah and Kai Wells; and his close friends, William Lockley, Michael Lockley, Robert Wells (Cool Rob) and Doug Thomas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
