He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Cookmeyer and Joseph Cookmeyer; his wife Frances Ann; and his son Cameron Paul Cookmeyer. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Cookmeyer, Reta Wood, Mindy Hardenburgh and Holly Shaver. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
