He is survived by: his parents, Mitchell Ray Allen and Catherine Achtellik Compton; his wife Rachel Karen Allen (Newkirk); his daughter Margaret Allen; his stepparents, Calvin Compton and Unchana Thamasak; his siblings, Keith Compton, James Compton, Ty Allen and Margaret St. Clair; his brother-in-law Jason St. Clair; and his nephews, Peyton and Connor.
Memorial & Donations: Scott would have wanted any donations to benefit his sweet 13 year old daughter.
