It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Waugh of Newburg, Maryland, who passed away on June 23, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ford and Mary E. Waugh; and her sister Marie Jupiter. She is survived by: her daughters, Breana Jupiter and Judy Hicks; and her siblings, Thomas of Washington, Alvin Jordan and Thelma Holton (Robert). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
