He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Coulby and Irene Coulby; and his son Richard Coulby. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Coulby of Mechanicsville, MD, David Coulby (Pam) of North, VA, Andrew Coulby (Mitsuko) of Welcome, MD, Catherine Stoner (Dave) of Newburg, MD and Karen Swann (Michael) of Newburg, MD.; his siblings, Charles Coulby (Eleanor) of King George, VA, Philip Coulby (Barbara) of Waldorf, MD, Edgar Coulby of Port Tobacco, MD, Elizabeth Bowling, Mary Ganus of Eastover, NC and Lorraine Stamm (Charlie) of Lexington Park, MD.; and his sisters-in-law, Patsy, Helen, Jeanie and Betty. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
