He is survived by: his wife Virginia Costuros; his children, Nancy Zimmerman Johnson (Stephan), Carol Zimmerman Evans (Daniel) and Gary Bridgewater (Jennifer Yates Bridgewater); his children-in-law, Brittany Hunsberger and Robert Hunsberger; his grandchildren, London Johnson, Carter Zimmerman, William Evans, Mason Johnson, Reid Hunsberger, Tyler Yates, Jacob Yates, Elizabeth Bridgewater, Kara Bridgewater, Kathy Peterson, Daniel Lovette (Soo Han), Macie Peterson, Kassie Hopson, Kaitlyn Lovette and Aidan Lovette; his great grandchild Ivy Peterson; and his brothers, Wayne Zimmerman (family: William "Steve" Zimmerman) and David "Michael" Zimmerman.
