He was predeceased by: his parents, Cullen W. Barnett and Ruth Bixler Barnett; his son Michael Edward Barnett (Ashley) of Westminster; and his sister Valerie Gosnell. He is survived by: his wife Donna Singer Barnett; his children, David Barnett (Allison) of Leesport, PA and Stacey Thomas (Wade) of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Lucas, Logan, Lorelai, Laney Mae Barnett, Austin, Aubrey Thomas and Rachel Savage; his brother Arnie Barnett (Judy); and his nephews, Ryan, Scott Barnett and Justin Gosnell.
Wearing of masks, social distancing and limiting the number of people in the funeral home at any one time will be in effect.
