She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Kemp Rowe, Sr. and Francis Green Rowe; and her brother Luther Rowe, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Pollard (Chad) of New Windsor; her brother Danny Rowe (Sandy) of Taneytown; her grandchildren, Tiffany Carnegie, Zachary Carnegie (Maggie) and Wayne Pollard; her great grandchildren, Lanaeya, Xavier and Amayah Hill; and her nieces, Heather, Holly Rowe, Jessica Flynn and Diane Newman-Stoneroad.
