She was predeceased by: her parents, James Millard Albaugh and Charlotte Virginia Weller Albaugh; her son James Carroll Long; her son-in-law Ralph Staub Sr.; and her brothers, James Allen Albaugh Sr. and John "Jack" CarrollAlbaugh.
She is survived by: her daughters, April Sue Billings (Alan) of Taneytown and Roxann L. Staub of Taneytown; her grandsons, Eric Billings (Abby), Jason Billings (Amy), Ralph Staub Jr., Tyler Long (Holly) and Ben Long (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Avery, Andrew, Brianna, Gavin, Felicity, Emma Billings, Joel, Anna, Logan, Kyle, Noah and Jackson Long. She is also survived by four nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hartzler Funeral Home- New Windsor (310 Church St, New Windsor, MD 21776).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Carroll County, 2517 Littlestown Pike, Westminster, MD 21158.
