He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis John Brown and Veronica A. Brown; his wife Cynthia Denise Brown of New Windsor, MD; his son Patrick Brown; his mother-in-law Beverly Wonderly; and his sister-in-law Amy Miller (Marty).
