It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Lee Finley Jr. of New Windsor, Maryland, born in Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jean Curtis, Harry Curtis, Sr. and Mildred Seabolt; and his uncle David Curtis. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas, Sr. Finley and Susan Finley (Curtis); his spouse Stacey Baker Finley; his daughter Samantha Finley (Jeremy Barry) of Hagerstown; his stepchildren, Jeremiah Huff, Christopher Huff, Kayleigh Montgomery-Morris and Tyler Savino; his grandchildren, Charlotte Barry, Sawyer Barry, Evan Huff, Emma Huff and Penny Morris; his siblings, Tammy Schulman (Paul) of McLean, VA, Todd Finley (Jenn) of Frederick, Jeffrey Finley (Sarah) of Frederick and Billy Crescenze (Amy) of Thurmont; his nieces and nephews, Alexandra, Abigail, Amanda Schulman, Allison, Nathan, Emilie Finley, Hope, Jaxson Finley, Bayley Fitzgerald and Owen Crescenze; his close friends, Kenny Fink and Matt Pascal; and his uncle Harry Curtis (Cheryl).
