He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Horman and Grace Catherine Winpigler Horman; his siblings, June Walters, Nancy Simpson, Patricia Barnes, Harold "Gus" Horman and Robert "Bob" Horman; and his significant other Kitty Lee Metcalfe.
He is survived by: his daughter Lori Horman Brunner (Danny Buffington); his grandchildren, Haley Jackson (Evgeni Gevezovski), Devon Brunner and Ry Brunner; his brothers, Walter "Ed" Horman and Larry Horman (Cynthia); and his friends, Dwight Repp, Gordon Flickinger, Ed Shelton and Grayson Ramsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
