He is survived by: his father James Owens Norris, Jr. of Westminster; his spouse Cheron Loren Norris; his daughters, Renee Elizabeth Norris (Erik Ross) of New Windsor and Toni Michelle Norris of New Windsor; and his brothers, Torrance Norris (Carmen) of Pittsburgh, PA, Roderick Norris of Crofton, MD, Roderigues Norris (Diana) of San Antonio, TX and Jeff Green of Frederick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and extended family.
