He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henk Vanmaren and Mary Douma Vanmaren; his wife Pamela Dokas; his siblings, Betsy and Joep Vanmaren (Adrienne) of Netherlands; his brother-in-law Donald Dokas (Celia) of Sykesville; and his nieces and nephews, Alexander Dokas of Portland, OR, Noelle Dokas of West Virginia, Marshall Dokas of Sykesville, Jamie-Lee of Netherlands, Peter, Mitchell and Nigel of Netherlands.
