She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Shipe and Lerline Shipe; her spouse Wilmer "Jack" Fitzwater; and her great grandchild Rylee Emge. She is survived by: her daughters, Doris Bowen of Littlestown, PA and Marty Spielman of New Windsor; her sisters, Belle Yohn of Hanover, PA and Pat Spencer of Sykesville, MD; and her siblings-in-law, Dawn Zepp and Bruce Fitzwater (Bonnie Fitzwater). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
