He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Irene Sipes Garber; his children, Scott Douglas Garber (Carol) of New Windsor, Clark Randall Garber (Kelly) of Littlestown, PA and Sheila Diane Morley (Phillip) of Taneytown; his grandchildren, Sabrina, Brennen, Brady, Sara, Madilyn, Ethan and Addison; and his siblings, Charles "Sonny" Garber, Nancy Hardee, Shelva Welsh, Annette Rhoten, William "Billy" Garber and Ruth "Snooky" Swank. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
