He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Chesebrough; and his son Jason Chesebrough. He is survived by: his sons, Jon (Amy) and Michael (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Kevin, Jeremy, Matthew, Luke, Amanda, Tyler, Kendall and Gavin; his parents, Russ Chesebrough and Edith Chesebrough; his siblings, Russell (Dale) and Robert Chesebrough (Cherie); his nephew Christopher Chesebrough (Lynn); and his sister-in-law Loretta Rardin (late Carl).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Virginia.
