He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence R. Sipes and Grace Goldie Trite Sipes; and his siblings, Katherine Valianti, Betty Jane Weller, Mary Margaret Feeser, Dorothy Louise Alexander and Clarence Richard Sipes.
He is survived by: his wife Sipes Enterprises; his daughters, Jenny Klabansky (Rick) of Myersville and Judy Duears (Michael) of Frederick; his siblings, Donald Earl Sipes, Shirley Irene Garber and Grace Ann Greene; his caregivers, Kathy, Mary, Patsy, Tammy, Tracy, Darlene and Lindsey; and his friend George Bruchey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
